Will Hutson earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from Tarleton State University in 1987, his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington in 1998, and his Juris Doctor from Baylor Law School in 2002. While enrolled at Baylor Law School, Mr. Hutson was the Vice President of the Student Bar Association.

He is a Member of the College of the State Bar of Texas. The College recognizes Texas lawyers who attend at least double the Continuing Legal Education (CLE) required by the State Bar of Texas.

Mr. Hutson is admitted to practice before the United States District Court in the Western District of Texas, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Hutson is a member of the Waco-McLennan County Bar Association, the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the National College for DUI Defense, the McLennan County Defense Lawyers Association, and the McLennan County Young Lawyers Association.

Mr. Hutson’s practice consists primarily of Criminal Defense, including the defense of DWI cases. Mr. Hutson is certified in the administration of Standardized Field Sobriety Testing, giving him unique insight into fighting DWI cases.
